requesting a quote (RFQ) on-Line:
Request a quote on-line from our current
OFFERS DATABASE using our RFQ (Request For Quote) SYSTEM.
The RFQ system allows you to browse our current offerings and select items for which
you would like a firm quote. To process a quote; add the desired item quantities to
your RFQ cart as needed. (Items are added from the offered items detail page)..
VIew and verify your RFQ cart and begin checkout proceedure.
During the checkout process the system will prompt
you for the desierd terms of delivery and payment should the quote become a sale. Once we
have received your RFQ we will contact you via email or phone and your quote will be accessable
on line.
STEPS TO PROCESS AN RFQ:
- From the "WAREHOUSE LOCATION MAP" select the
desired storage state to browse the currently available inventory by location.
- Select items of interest from the displayed
"OFFER LIST"
by clicking on the OFFER# i.e. OFF-XXXX of the respective line item. This will display an
item detail page containing all available information about the coffee of interest.
- View the item detail information page and add your desired quantity to your RFQ cart using the "QUOTE QTY" field and "ADD TO CART" button.
- Press the "VIEW CART" link on any page to
view your current cart contents.
- Using the "CHECKOUT" button from the
"VIEW CART" page begin the RFQ process.
- Follow the instructions for new or existing customers to complete your RFQ.
